Sarah Noonan, Licensed Physical Therapist: Sarah has been a Licensed Physical Therapist for 10 years, and most recently a Director of Rehabilitation at one of Minnesota’s largest skilled nursing/transitional care facilities. She is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Geriatrics & Oncology sections, and has served on the Board of Directors for the MN Chapter of the APTA. Ms. Noonan received her Master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Physical Therapy.
Joyce McIntosh, Director of Operations: Joyce has more than 15 years of experience in providing community services. She is a certified Aging Services Professional. Her career in aging began as an intake coordinator for one of the largest adult day programs in Minnesota and later assumed the role as the director for the day program and the transportation services. Most recently, she developed start-up operations for a Medicare Home Care agency. Ms. McIntosh graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in sociology and gerontology.
Michael Hanson, Chief Financial Officer: For the past twelve years, Michael has developed his career at one of the largest nursing home in the upper Midwest, becoming the Chief Executive Officer. He serves on numerous health care boards and is actively involved in several healthcare organizations both regionally and nationally. Mr. Hanson graduated from the University of Southern California with a MBA in Financial Economics.
Deb Rose, Senior Consultant: Deb has more than 20 years of experience in the long-term care industry. She also has extensive experience in the management of skilled nursing facilities, senior housing, home care services, adult day services and transportation. She completed her B.S. degree at Bethel College in St. Paul and holds her Nursing Home Administrator’s license. Ms. Rose is also a licensed social worker.
Tim Meyer, Senior consultant: Tim has vast experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior housing operations. As a licensed nursing home administrator, he has focused on health care operations, primarily managing continuum of care campuses. Mr. Meyer holds a BA in Business Administration, with a concentration in Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas.
